It was very easy to use the booking process and my ticket arrived in good time as promised. The information provided was very clear and precise, I was really happy that I followed the advice given and so chose to buy a ticket for stand I. At end of the race the track is opened for spectators to walk on to the track. As Stand I is so close to the winner's podium it was thrilling that I was able to experience this very close up and for real for the first-time. When booking my next F1 experience I will definitely be using 'bookf1 com'

This was my 1st time going to a F1 race and it didn't let me down. I bought the 3 day ticket for Grandstand I. Very easy to do online and the ticket came in plenty of time for my trip. The view was fantastic, getting to see approx 4 corners and them flying off down the main straight. Your seated on the final corner of the track. I was sent emails also with the timetable of what is on over the weekend. Came in very helpful. The 3 day ticket also includes Thursday which includes a Pitwalk. Its pretty simple to get to the track from anywhere in Barcelona. You will need 2 tickets. A T10 for 1 zone for the Metro (this allows you 10 trips on the metro anywhere in Barcelona). But as the circuit is only accessible by train you will also need a T10 for this. (Rodalles). In total it's less than £20 for 10 trips on the metro and 10 on the train. It's also very efficient. Make the most of metro and go and do some sightseeing. Overall this experience has been excellent. I'll be looking at booking more tickets very soon.

Be prepared for queues especially leaving the circuit by car. On race day arrive early.

Went for all 3 days and had tickets for seats in Stand I. Rather glad we decided to go for a covered stand!!! The spanish sun might have seen me off in an uncovered stand!! Can only say we were amazed at all the organisation and quality of the off track activities Racing was brilliant and now deciding which one to go to next year....sod the expense. The organisation of the traffic flow in and around the Race track was first class and to be commended

On the whole a great experience let down by the lack of any decent food , for such a big event there was a surprisingly limited number of places to purchase food, what there was wasn't particularly appealing . Also 11euros for pint of non alcoholic beer!

This was our first time at a race and it was a birthday present for my husband as he is an avid fan and watches every race on TV. The organisers certainly make sure everything is catered for on the day the one thing that may be helpful for adults with small children is some kind of mini theme park of play park as I did see a lot of distressed parents with bored children especially in the heat. The only downside was the length of time and lack of structure around transport at the venue back to Barcelona especially again in the heat, we waited over 75 minutes to get on a bus back to Barcelona and were surrounded by a lot of unhappy people.

Had fantastic time at my first Spain GP beautiful weather, friendly people well organised GP lots of different ways of transportation to circuit easy to get to. And what a race! Only shame is no alcoholic is allowed on check in but you can buy some where in, something I think organised should consider. Have a fabulous time

The organised travel between Barcelona and the circuit was very good. We used the train on the Thursday for the free pit walk and it was a 30 min walk from monmelo station to the circuit. In the Friday and Saturday we used the coach service from Estacio de nord which was very well organised and queues went down quickly. On the Sunday we hired a car as where travelling onwards but we were very impressed with the traffic management before and after the GP and didn't wait long getting away from the circuit. We were in tribune I and had a great view of the last corner and finishing straight and was glad to have some shade.

Our first time What a great experience. The best advice we can give is to buy a "T10 zone two" train ticket at the airport train station which gives you ten journeys or five each as you and your partner can use it for €19. You can jump on the train at the airport into Barcelona to the station nearest to your hotel and this would be the same train that you need to catch to Montmelo the nearest town to the circuit. Once there you can walk to the circuit in about 20 mins just follow everyone else. BookF1.com send you a map of the circuit with your tickets just work out which gate is nearest to your stand. When we came out after qualifying and the race we stopped in Montmelo for a few drinks and a meal to let the queues at the station die down. This event is well planned and everything went smoothly for us, we would use bookf1.com again.

Just perfect however, one disappointment! On qualifying day (Saturday) we couldn't have been happier with our allocated seats, great view. But on race day (Sunday) not only the seats, but the stand had been changed as well, so we were sat in a completely different spot, apparently the seats had been numbered the wrong way round, there was mayhem & spectators were very upset!

This was our first Grand Prix experience abroad, we usually go to Silverstone. We got seriously rained on last year so the beautiful sunny hot weather in Barcelona this year was a welcome bonus! We stayed in the centre of Barcelona and travelled to and from the circuit via metro, train and bus. Sounds arduous but the transport system there was really efficient, frequent and easy to use. And very good value. The race was brilliant, we had a great view from stand I, and got from there to near the podium in no time to watch the celebrations. Unfortunately, unlike Silverstone, you are not allowed to hang around the pit wall to catch a glimpse of the winner, we got cleared off by the Police! Not cool. Other than that, it was a great circuit with good enough facilities, as long as you don't mind non alcoholic beer. Really, there's plenty of the cheap local beer in Montmelo, and just outside the circuit, so you won't go without. Major reason for only 4 stars is the lack of toilets. Only one on each corner of the circuit. Whaaaat?

We combined qualifying on Saturday with an opera (from New York, in a cinema) and then race day on Sunday. The atmosphere in stand I was electric, particularly on Sunday. We made it down to the racetrack in time to witness the presentation ceremony and access to the circuit was excellent and very well managed

We had a fabulous time. Transport links worked a treat, we had great seats and the weather was great. Good, clean facilities at the track.
16 Mai 2016
This was our second time at the Grand Prix d'Espagna and our first in stand I. Our view of the start/finish straight and part of the technical section before it was great and we also had a television screen facing us to enhance awareness of the state of the race. We were also well placed for catering and toilets within a short walk. The only negatives were a long walk from car park C, which was poorly directed and also we had drinks cans confiscated by security, so it would be a great idea to make people aware of restrictions before attending.
16 Mai 2016
It was a superb event. The facilities at Barcelona are very good. Access to the circuit by car was good but you must strictly follow the signage, which you need to look out for carefully. Do not expect to get out of the car park after the race very quickly. Everybody else is doing the same, so patience is needed. All the other days are fine.
16 Mai 2016
If using a taxi race day they are pretty much readily available !!! BUT they will try and charge what they want . We paid on average 50-60 Euro s but race day return we were asked for anything up to 150 euros and paid 80!!! My advice book transport first

It was my fist time watching formula 1 life. Barcelona is an beautiful city. I wanted come again, but it is quiet expensive from Germany.
14 Mai 2014
excellent weekend, easy access to the circuit, very good directions to gates, Grand Stand I, was brilliant, being covered kept me out of the intense Spanish sunshine, the views of the last corner, pit lane entrance and pit straight were just excellent. The only one small downside was no wine for sale within the circuit? Only very expensive beer.......
14 Mai 2014
There are not many toilets away from the main grandstand. We were in Grandstand I but had to walk half a mile to reach toilet block, at least they were good and clean. Another problem we had was the inability to sit in other Grandstands on Friday & Saturday, although we were informed that we could sit in most of them. The track officials would not let us in any of them.

As a long time fan I decided to treat my husband to a 40th of note and booked Silver hospitality tickets to our first live event. We had an absolute ball! The hospitality on the weekend was well organised. The food was really plentiful and really tasty! Steaks and paella and ice-creams in abundance.. and water!! It was extremely hot and we would have spent a fortune just purchasing drinks, so this was well worth it. Our tickets in I stand were really great.. had a view of the last two turns and down the home straight to the finish line. Really good view, with cover and tv! Really good location! Our tickets were duplicated, for some reason, we had another trio claiming our seats were theirs, and they did indeed have the very same tickets. Was a little scary, but thankfully the stand was not fully booked and we were all catered for, and the "doubles" were relocated nearby. Overall I would definitely recommend the package we purchased. It included parking, which was excellent right next to international media, which meant swift entry and exit from the track. We hired a car and drove in all days, with ease. Overall a great experience, in fact.. I'm planning next year.. maybe Italy this time!
